Website operator and scope
The operator of cybrexon.com and controller of personal data is a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, operating under the Cybrexon name. This policy covers visits to the public website and enquiries, including those made before a contract is signed. Processing of customer events, logs and other data within the service is governed by separate agreements. For privacy matters, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
The form sends your name, email address, optional company name and message to the contact service at message.cybrexon.com. It also includes the page path, interface language and a website version identifier. Email correspondence contains sender details and the content you send. Required fields are needed to handle and answer your enquiry; you can browse the website without completing them. Do not send passwords, access keys, raw security logs or other people’s confidential data through the form.
Technical data and monitoring
The web server records IP addresses, request time, website hostname, requested path and query parameters, method, response status and size, processing time, browser information and the referring page when supplied. Requests through Cloudflare may include an approximate country and a request identifier. These records support availability checks, error diagnosis and investigation of abuse. We do not use them for advertising profiles.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiry data to respond and discuss business matters. The basis is our legitimate interest in handling incoming requests, taking the sender’s rights into account. If you contact us to enter into a contract with you, necessary steps taken at your request before entering into that contract may provide the basis. Technical records serve our legitimate interest in website availability and security. Data may also be processed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant grounds are Article 6(1)(f), (b) and (c). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting and other recipients
Hetzner hosts the website. Cloudflare handles traffic delivery and protection; the contact form handler runs in Cloudflare Workers. Enquiries are forwarded to a business messenger: a third-party service our team uses for business correspondence. Its provider participates in processing the messages. Enquiry access is needed by the operator and team members preparing a response; technical providers process data for their hosting, communications and monitoring functions. Data may also be disclosed in response to lawful requirements. We do not sell visitors’ personal data. Providers may process data outside Ukraine and the visitor’s country. You can request details of specific recipients, processing locations and applicable safeguards at [email protected].
Retention
Enquiry retention is determined by the time needed to answer, any continuing business discussion, and applicable legal or claims-related requirements. Technical record retention depends on the time needed to investigate faults or abuse and the configured rotation in the logging and monitoring systems. Data should be deleted or anonymised when those purposes no longer require it, unless the law requires further retention. The browser theme preference follows the storage rules described above.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request information about processing and recipients, access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Where the GDPR applies, restriction and portability rights may also apply. Consent can be withdrawn for any processing that relies on it, without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests can be sent to [email protected]; we may need proportionate information to verify identity. You can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, where applicable, your competent data protection authority, and seek judicial protection.
Automated decisions and updates
The website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. Security controls may limit suspicious requests to protect availability. Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised date.
